SHIPPING 

I can't wait! How soon before I can take my I L E - I F E jewels out for a spin?

Soon! We typically ship within 2-3 working days of receiving an order. Thereafter, it will usually take between 1-7 days to reach you depending on your location. We'll send you an email with tracking details when it's en route.


If you need your piece urgently, email us on 
info@maisonileife.com and we'll do our best to get it to you asap.

What about customs and duties?

FRANCE

If you’re based in France you’ll receive your piece from our Paris studio duty free!

INTERNATIONAL


If you’re located in any other part of this beautiful world you might be subject to duties. It’s best to check your country's regulations before ordering. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. 
Please keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It doesn't fit! Can I exchange it?

We want your I L E - I F E jewels to feel like little heirlooms that you can treasure forever. If you're not a 100% happy with your purchase, we will do our best to exchange it for you. 

Our exchange policy varies based on your location.


France

If you're not happy with your purchase we offer free exchanges in India. Please request an exchange within 24hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges will apply.


US/ UK / EU / ASIA

Can I get a refund or cancel my order ?  

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on maisonileife.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.

However, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund (Order minus 4% wich are bank taxes)  within 15 working days. 

 

JEWELLERY CARE 

How to extend the life of your gold plated jewellery ? 

- Wear after applying perfume, hairspray and makeup

- Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising

- Store in a soft pouch separate from other jewellery

- Clean your plated jewelry gently, and don’t rub it

 

Do you have a warrantly ? 

We have your back under our guarantee. This implies that we will take care of your merchandise for 1 year from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery happens. Simply contact us, and we'll work together to find a solution.

We produce handcrafted, sustainably sourced products that are built to last. We are confident in the quality of our product, which is why we provide a 1-year warranty. This also implies that the warranty does not cover missing goods, scratches caused by regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), inappropriate use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product performed by a third party other than I L E - I F E .

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of maisonileife.com) will not be covered under I L E - I F E's warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

 

Shipping and Returns

All our products are shipped with DHL Express worldwide. (Note : DHL does not deliver to po boxes)

Some countries might be subject to pay taxes upon delivery (France, Nigeria, Russia, South Africa, United Kingdom).

Processing time for all orders is usually 2-3 business days. 

After the confirmation email, delivery can be expected within 5 to 7 working days. 

 I L E - I F E will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you.

For all orders, tracking will be provided. The tracking provided by DHL will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the goods purchased by you.

If I L E - I F E  receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.

If goods haven’t been received within 14 working days, please notify use as soon as possible.

Custom fees and taxes

Please note that we do not cover duty and taxes applicable in the recipient country. those will be paid by the receiver.

Customs fees or taxes vary between individual countries.

Additional taxes or custom fees may be applied at the port of entry of the recipient country.

If you are unsure about customs in your country, please visit your country customs website or contact your customs office.

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extrea frees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs and taxes. 

Payment can be necessary for your parcel to be delivered.

Refunds & Exchange 

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on maisonileife.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.

However, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund within 15 working days.

For exchanges note that  : 

  • You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
  • We will not be held responsible for private labels, their associated fees as well as packages lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.

  • We advise you to use DHL to make a return to us and inform us by mail at info@maisonileife.com

  • If you choose to return the goods unsing another carrier, any additional cost for collecting the goods in our hand, such as taxes, will be deducted from you refund. 

  • The delivery cost of your original order are non-refundable only items will be refunded.
